NHS24 Community Outcomes
Information on cases by outcome. The COVID-19 Triage Protocol was established to assess the needs of people with suspected Coronavirus infection, and streams people to one of four nationally agreed outcomes: Self-care, Speak to doctor within 4 hours (COVID-19 Community Hub), Speak to doctor within 1 hour (COVID-19 Community Hub), 999 ambulance.
