These data summarise the annual antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) results for bacteraemia and bacteriuria across NHS Scotland over the past six calendar years. These data are stratified by year, organism, antimicrobial, and specimen type.

| SpecimenType | text | Sample site of specimen, either blood or urine. |

| NumberTested | numeric | Number of isolates tested per calendar year, organism, specimen and antimicrobial. Data are deduplicated on a rolling 14-day period for blood isolates, and rolling 30-day period for urine isolates. |

| Susceptible | numeric | Number of isolates reported susceptible, as defined by the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) guidelines. Data are deduplicated on a rolling 14-day period for blood isolates, and rolling 30-day period for urine isolates. |
