Number of bed days occupied by delayed discharges in each calendar month, by health board of delay, age group and reason for delay. Data is included from April 2012 to June 2016 and due to definitional changes effective 1 July 2016, are not comparable to figures reported after this date.

| AverageDailyNumberOfDelayedBeds | numeric | The average daily number of delayed beds is calculated by dividing the total number of delayed discharge bed days in the month by the number of days in the calendar month |
