Contractor Activity - 2019
Information relating to Community Pharmacy activity and the direct pharmaceutical care services they provide.
2019 data by month (January to December) is shown for each contractor for the following:

Please note: Data in this release was revised and updated on 8 December 2020. For data for July to December 2019 it was found that changes in payment processing meant that monthly cost data for the Chronic Medication Service was not fully reported. For example, for data for September 2019 the total Chronic Medication Service payment was reported as £478,833, the correct figure was £2,996,513. On average per Community Pharmacy the payment was reported as £381, the average figure for corrected data was £2,384. Note that the Final Payments measure is calculated separately and was not affected by this error, and the Chronic Medication Service payment represented 2.7% of the Final Payments to Community Pharmacies for September 2019.
