| CurrentDepartmentType | text | Reference identifying hospitals as either an Emergency Department or a Minor Injuries Unit/Other. |

| FileType | text | Sites submit data as either an "Episode file" (a detailed record for each attendance) or an "Aggregate file" (monthly summary attendance figures only) |

| Comments | text | Details of location, if it has closed/re-opened or had a change of file type or department type. |
