ADPName text "Name of Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) of treatment service. Clackmannanshire and Stirling are reported as two separate ADPs despite operating as a combined Clackmannanshire and Stirling ADP. This is as per the ADP’s request and in order to accommodate for the different needs of the two areas. As ADP areas map directly to NHS Boards, the ""All ADP"" options are equivalent to NHS Board totals. "

Qualifier information

Measure text Number = the number of referrals. Note data relates to the number of referrals rather than number of individuals. Where people are referred to more than one service, they have more than one referral. Percentage = the percentage of referrals received during the quarter from each source, within corresponding group (service type and substance type). The denominator is the total number of referrals received during the quarter for the corresponding group (service type and substance type).
Non-continuationOfCareTransfer numeric Automated system referrals are cases where a referral has come from another service, with a change in treatment recorded. Such referrals lead to a new wait being recorded.
ContinuationOfCareTransfer numeric Automated system referrals are cases where a referral has come from another service, with no change in treatment provided. Such referrals do not lead to a new wait being recorded.
Justice numeric Justice sources include arrest referrals, Community Payback Orders (CPO), Drug Treatment and Testing Orders (DTTO), drug court, police, social work and youth justice.
EmployerEducation numeric Referrals from an employer or educator.
Health numeric Health sources includes accident and emergency, other hospital, primary care, community mental health, GP, police custody (health care), prison/young offenders institute (health care).
LocalAuthorityThirdSector numeric Local Authority/third sector sources includes housing, Job Centre Plus, residential care provider and third sector.  
OtherNotListed numeric Referral from another source not listed.
OtherSubstanceUseService numeric Other substance use service includes non-specialist substance use service: third sector, specialist substance use service: statutory and specialist substance use service: statutory and specialist substance use service: third sector.
Self numeric Self includes self-referral and family/concerned other.
SocialWork numeric Social work includes children and family services and older people services.
